Car park liability endorsement

It is agreed and declared that this policy extended to indemnity the Insured for Claims in respect of bodily injury or damage to property arising directly or indirectly out of or caused by in connection with any vehicle in the physical or legal control or the Insured where such bodily or damage to property occurs while such vehicle is in a car park owned or operated by the Insured.

 The limit of liability under this extension together with any other claims under this policy shall not exceed the limit of liability as stated in the schedule of this policy.

Provided that the Indemnity granted by this endorsement not apply in respect of ;
a.    Any liability in connection with ;
i.    any vehicle belonging to the Insured.
ii.    any vehicle used by or on behalf of the Insured independently of his operation as park owner or operation .
      
b.    Any liability arising directly or indirectly out of or caused by or in connection with the servicing repairing and/or maintenance of any vehicle.

Provided further that notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this or any other policy the Insured shall not be untilled to indemnity by virtue o this endorsement if untilled to indemnity under another policy.
