DUTIES AND TAXES CLAUSE (VERSI ADIRA INSURANCE)

It is hereby declared and agreed that this Policy extends to include customs and excise duties, import taxes, freight, insurance and similar charges in respect of the procurement of goods, materials and services for replacement, restoration or commissioning.
