Payment On Account Clause

It is hereby declared and agreed that progress payment on account of any loss recoverable under this policy will be made to the Insured at such stages as may be mutually agreed upon if desired by the Insured and on production of an interim report by the loss adjuster (if appointed) provided such payment are deducted from the finally agreed claim settlement figures.
