The Indemnity granted by this policy applies to the Insured’ s legal liability for accidental bodily injury ( Including illness) and accidental loss of or damage to property (both as defined in the policy) caused by or attributable to food and drink sold or supplied or provided by the Insured subject to a limit of liability of US$.xx,xxx.- any one occurrence and in the aggregate.
It is hereby agreed that ;
(i) The indemnity granted by this endorsement shall not apply to any claim for injury or disease fatal or otherwise sustained or contacted by any animal.
(ii) The liability of the insurers hereunder shall not exceed during the period of insurance the limit of liability stated in the schedule of this policy exclusive of cost and expenses with their written consent.
