If during the course of this insurance the insured interest increase, the Insurer's risk is regarded to be in line with the increased amount arising therefrom, but only to a ………. of the latest insured amount. Ultimately six month after the expiration of the insurance year wherein no event has occurred which resulted in a claim on this policy, the Insured shall present to the Insurer an accounting declaration - prepared by a member of a recognized accountants' association. In this declaration the real extant of the insured-interest (by which is meant the total net profit and all standing charges as well as all standing charges less the loss) of the expiring insurance year will be stated. If it is evident from this that the sum is bigger or smaller than the insured amount an additional premium or a return premium is due on the difference of these amounts, but only to a maximum of ………. of the insured amount and on the basic of the annual premium.
If an event occurs in an insurance year which would lead to a claim on this policy, then at the time of loss the real extent of the insured interest of the current insurance year shall be ascertained by experts and, in case this amount turns out to be bigger than the insured amount an additional premium is due on the whole insurance year on the basis of the annual premium on the difference of these amounts - but only at the most
Ultimately six months after the expiration of such an insurance year a declaration as meant in the 3rd sentence oh this clause will be presented to the Insurer and - with due account taken of the maximum percentage of premium, is due if it is evident from the declaration that the real extent of the insured amount multiplied by the paid amount of claim to loss has exceeded the amount fixed at the time of loss. Return premium of such an insurance year will not be issued.
