STORM SURGE (STURMFLUT) IN GERMANY EXCLUSION

This policy does not insure against storm surge which is defined as a water level which surpasses the local average high water level at the North-sea and the mean sea level at the Baltic Sea by at least 1,5 meters.

A storm surge will be declared by the Federal German Office for Maritime Ship­ping and Hydrographic.
