In the event of a claim being made upon any of the insured’s director’s, partners, officers or employees in their capacity or circumstances which could constitute the basis of a claim upon any of the insured’s within the term’s of this section, the indemnity provided hereunder shall be extended to such person(s).Insurers shall in like manner also indemnify the officers, committees and members of the insured’s canteen, social, sport and welfare organization and first aid, fire and ambulance services and any other facilities provided by the insured.
Insurer shall further indemnity the insured in respect of claims made against them arising out of short period business, interruption, or similar visits outside Indonesia not involving manual work.
